Michael Case

Founder

Michael is the Founder of Michael Case Homes and the Case Group of Companies.  He was a trail blazer in the construction industry for over 30 years.

His legacy lives on with his Wife, Siobhan and his two Daughters, Renée and Emily and his team David, Wayne, Aidan, Colin, Brett, Doug and Belinda continuing to build beautiful new dream homes for our valued clients in Townsville. 

Siobhan Case

Director / Accounts Manager

Siobhan is Michael's wife and is Director and Accounts Manager of Michael Case Homes.  She has been with Case Homes for over 20 years. Siobhan brings her customer service focus, passion and organisational skills to make sure everything is running smoothly in the construction side of the company.  Siobhan is also a licensed Real Estate Agent. 

Renee Case

Senior Home Designer & Stylist / Contract Administrator

Renée is Michael's eldest daughter, and after completing a Bachelors Degree in Business and Tourism Management, realised that Home & Interior Design was her true passion.  Renée has been with Case Homes for over 13 years and works with our Draftsman Aidan to create our stunning and modern collection of new home designs, as well as bespoke designs for our clients. 

She designed and styled our current display home The Capri, as well as our past six display homes including our multi-award winning Harbourside and Boathouse display homes. 

Renée has taken on the contract administration role and is really enjoying the client liaison aspect of the role.

Emily Case

Administration Assistant

Emily is Michael's daughter and is our Accounts Assistant and our friendly receptionist on the phones. She is also our Construction Administrator and our Fencing Liaison Officer.  Emily has been with Case Homes for around 10 years and has extensive knowledge and experience in the construction industry.  

David Gilhome

Senior Construction Manager / Estimator

Over the 19 years he has been with us, David has become an integral and invaluable member of the team and quite frankly, we can't do without him!  David has supervised and project managed hundreds of homes for our clients and as the result of this experience, he is now based in head office where he oversees all of our homes under construction.  David really is the "go to guy" when we need to get things done on time and within budget.

David has experience in commercial and domestic construction and is also a Licenced Builder in his own right.

Wayne Bernardi

Senior Estimator

We are excited to welcome Wayne Bernardi to our Team as a Senior Estimator.  Wayne brings a wealth of knowledge and experience with many years in residential and commercial construction including working as a building inspector.  Wayne is also a fully licenced builder in his own right. With the continued demand for new homes, Wayne’s appointment will help us with the delivery of our beautiful new homes.

Aidan Carrara

Licenced Draftsman

Aidan is our in-house Licenced Draftsman with over 8 years experience and is responsible for the detailed plans of our clients homes.

Having in-house Drafting is such a huge benefit to our clients and seeing the plans and 3D elevations of their beautiful new home is such an exciting part of the building process.

Doug Cowan

Sales Manager / Senior New Home Professional

Doug has over 24 years experience in the Construction Industry helping hundreds of families build their dream home in Townsville and North Queensland.  

His energetic and friendly personality make the home design process easy and fun for all of our clients who always rave about him.

Belinda Jennings

Senior New Home Professional

Colin Swanton

Site Supervisor

Colin brings over 30 years experience in residential, commercial and industrial construction in the region.  He has owned his own successful business and managed diverse projects.  

As one of our awesome construction team members for over 12 years, Col makes sure things go to plan out in the field.  Col also doubles as our 'Handyman' and we can always rely on him to step in and perform that touch-up or remedy that saves the day.

Brett Herron

Site Foreman

Brett was our Plasterer for many years until he joined our awesome construction team as a Site Foreman.  Brett has settled in very well and does a fantastic job of ensuring our beautiful new homes are progressing to plan.
