We are a local family company, established in 1989 by Michael Case.  We pride ourselves on building beautifully finished new homes, of an outstanding level of quality for our clients. We offer fantastic value with a stunning high-end finish, at extremely competitive prices.

We have built dream homes for over 1,000 families in North Queensland over the last 25 years, so our clients feel confident in trusting us with something as important as their family home. 

All of our homes are built with the same meticulous care and attention to detail that we have become renowned for.  Our clients come home to somewhere they are proud of and love spending time in.

Our passionate and highly efficient team means that our level of personal service is unmatched.  Our aim is to make building a new home easy, stress free and enjoyable.  We are also proud to be a HIA GreenSmart Certified Professional as well as a member and multiple award winner of the HIA and Master Builders Association.

We not only have a beautiful collection of stunning new home designs suited to North Queensland, but an in-house Draftsman and Design Service to ensure each home we build is perfectly suited to its occupants and each specific homesite.
